Due to the high demand for the 16 hour Adolescent Life Coaching Certification Workshop to be brought to other cities. Frances has designed a dynamic and intensive interactive 4 week online course where Adolescent Life Coaches will learn methods of reaching today's teen and inspiring positive change.

The ALCC Certification Online Class provides Adolescent Life Coaches with leading edge coaching skills, real-world, proven practices and current data specifically focused on today’s teen. New scientifically reviewed research and statistics combined with Frances' vast experience of how to coach adolescents makes this class dynamic. .

• Choose class dates and register.
• Enrollment for each class closed after 3rd day of class start date
• Cancellations must be recieved 3 days before beggining course and no later than 3 days after start date for full refund.
• Each Adolescent Life Coach will be expected to write 2 reflective postings per week due on Wednesdays and Saturdays by 12:00am ET.
• Each Adolescent Life Coach will be required to engage with another learner by responding to one or more postings
• Frances Boyde joins daily and adds commentary and feedback while asking thought provoking questions that will enhance the understanding of the topic at hand. Each Adolescent Life Coach will learn many alternatives (tools) to a variety of conflicts.
  
• No more than 10 Adolescent Life Coaches at a time so that quality interaction may be achieved
• Certification and proof of completion will be recieved within 5 days via USPS.
• Each Adolescent Life Coach must committ to full participation to earn certification.
