Frances Boyde is the Founder and President of the Adolescent Life Coaching Center. She holds a BA in Psychology, a Master’s in Education with a major in Counseling, and is presently writing her dissertation as a Ph.D. inPsychology .

Frances is a motivational speaker on youth issues at National and local youth conferences. As a former middle school teacher Frances witnessed the need for teens to talk to someone as many were desperate to be heard. She had a vision to create a space where parents and teens could connect or reconnect with each other. Action to open such a space was motivated the moment Chris Penley entered her classroom with a gun. It cost him his life, it changed hers forever. Frances has chosen to dedicate her life to being part of the change she wants to see in her community. The Parent Teen Challenge Day was created for parents and teens to have a place to feel heard, validated, and understood.
